To start the process, contact me so you can be assigned a personal and confidential sign in web site. Then complete the Questionnaire and return it to me at your unique web address. All information submitted to me is held in total confidence and is used for estate planning purposes only.

Accepting the Agreement

After receipt of the Questionnaire, I will review your information and desires. You will be contacted via your personal web site as to cost for the estate plan. Then, if you want to pursue the estate plan, you will complete an agreement and submit the payment via PayPal before any work is started (both can be easily accomplished through my website).

Final Version

Final versions of the documents will be completed and delivered to you. You will be responsible for notarization and any necessary filing. Instructions as to the formalities of the signing will be included along with the documents. The signing can take place at your home, office, or other place convenient for you and a notary.
